We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday July 29th it’s up to South Side. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the South Side

A quick cocktail recipe

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. Muddle mint (6-8 leaves) and simple syrup (22ml) in a shaker.

2. Add gin (60 ml) and lime juice (30 ml), then shake with ice.

3. Strain into a chilled glass; top with soda water if desired.

4. Garnish with mint and lime.
