On Thursday November 17 it’s up to the Appletini. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Appletini:

At the request of his employer, bartender Adam founded this cocktail and called it the ‘Adam’s Apple.’ Around the late ‘90s, it was one of the best-selling martinis of Lola’s West Hollywood restaurant. Sugary, boozy, and radiant – the Appletini quickly spread across the world.

But wait, where is the Martini? There’s none! An Appletini consists of vodka and sweet and sour apple liqueur. The cocktail is called ‘Martini’ because it is served in a V-shaped glass, also called a Martini glass. So. That’s that.
