cocktails

Move over, coffee. Today is a day for cocktails.

We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only € 5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday March the 2nd it’s up to the Drambuie Sour. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Drambuie Sour

Get cosy this Thursday evening with the Drambuie Sour. A smooth and zingy cocktail. The liqueur was hidden on the Scottish Isle of Skye for 250 years, but Drambuie became known locally in the late 19th century as “an dram buidheach”, meaning “the drink that satisfies”. In 1893, the drink was registered as Drambuie.

The flavour of Drambuie is the result of a unique blend of matured Scotch whisky and a secret combination of spices, moorland honey and herbs. Voluptuous, sweet-smooth and full-bodied. Drambuie can be drunk straight, on ice or in delicious cocktails such as the ‘Drambuie Sour’ this evening.

We mix it with silky egg whites, lemon juice and some ice. It doesn’t need much more than that. Cheers!
