🍸 Thursday 21 November: 𝗚𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝘇𝘇.
The Gin Fizz was first mentioned in the book “Jerry Thomas” Bartender’s Guide (1887) and was extremely popular in New Orleans at the beginning of the 20th century. When the recipe was included in the French cookbook “Art Culinaire Français” from 1950 as an aperitif, the cocktail slowly but surely became better known in Europe. Currently it is one of the most popular gin cocktails. And we understand why. Simple, light, and incredibly tasty!
