 Thursday July 28: Lavender Gin Sour.

About the Gin Sour.

The history of the Gin Sour is unknown, but it was probably the mid-19th century. The Whiskey Sour was first recorded in 1862: and many recipes around the time indicated that you could use any alcohol in the sour. The Gin Sour is lighter and more delicate than the frankness of the Whiskey Sour.

To add an extra fresh taste, we use Lavender infused gin. Not the standard flavor that probably comes to mind, but the make will surprise you!
