On Thursday April 6th it’s up to the Yuzu Collins. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Yuzu Collins

The Yuzu Collins is the fresh take on the Tom Collins. A funny but vague story lies underneath. As it happens, Tom Collins was the man who would walk around New York spreading rumours about a specific group of friends. The group encouraged other people to track the man down and make him pay for it. We told you so: a fuzzy story it is.

About the cocktail! Fresh, with a zing. The Yuzu Collins is made with a shot of gin, sugar syrup, soda water and yuzu juice. Yuzu is a citrus fruit with a flavor similar to sour mandarine and grapefruit. Perfect in combination with the fresh bitterness of gin.
