We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday July 22nd it’s up to Fruit Cup. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Fruit Cup

This light and fruity cocktail is perfect for warm days, offering a refreshing blend of flavours. Served in a highball glass, it’s built with gin and Triple Sec, enhanced by two dashes of Angostura bitters. The drink is topped with ginger ale and cola, creating a delightful mix. Garnished with slices of lemon, orange, strawberry, and a sprig of mint, it not only tastes great but looks stunning. This cocktail is a simple yet playful choice for any summer gathering.

A quick cocktail recipe

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Pour in 25 ml of gin and 25 ml of Triple Sec.
3. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
4. Top up with 50 ml of ginger ale and 50 ml of cola.
5. Garnish with a slice of lemon, a slice of orange, a strawberry, and a sprig of mint
