We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday July 4th it’s up to the Hibiscus Fizz. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Hibiscus Fizz

The Hibiscus Fizz is a tasty drink made with gin, lemon juice, hibiscus syrup, and soda water. It’s bubbly and refreshing, perfect for hot days. Sip it slowly and enjoy the sweet and tangy flavors. Garnish with pretty hibiscus petals for a fancy touch. It’s like summer in a glass!

A quick cocktail recipe

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add 1 ½ oz (45 ml) gin to the shaker.
3. Squeeze ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice into the shaker.
4. Pour in ½ oz (15 ml) Hibiscus syrup.
5. Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
6. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
7. Top with soda water.
8. Gently stir to combine.
9. Garnish with hibiscus petals, if desired.
10. Enjoy the refreshing Hibiscus Fizz!
