On Thursday November 14th it’s up to the Pisco Punch Collins. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

A quick cocktail recipe
This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:
Fill a Collins glass with ice
Pour in 60 ml of Peruvian Pisco brandy.
Top with 120 ml of pineapple soda water and gently stir to combine.
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wheel and serve immediately.
