Together, we have equipped a professional media studio, to supply all your lighting, sound and imaging requirements. Hotel Casa welcomes, organises and facilitates your meeting, while Luxonos accurately records and transmits everything. This way you focus on the content of your message and we do the rest.

Livestreaming offers many opportunities and we are here to gladly help. From just transmitting to interacting with the audience, we make it work.  

  • Have you livestreamed before, or not? Makes no difference, we organise it!
  • Our AV partner Luxonos takes your worries away. 
  • Stream to channels such as Facebook and YouTube, or to screens in the studio. 
  • Record a video beforehand, or stream directly to your audience!
  • Want a live audience in the room? We can organise that with a small group of participants in a safe 1.5m setup. The rest can view from home.
  • The media studiois spacious, well ventilated and can be set up in compliance with the required physical distance. 
  • Diverse setupsare possible, from panel discussion to presentation setup, or interactive group meetings.
  • Formal, or a cosy living room setting, we pull out all the stops. There’s even a Christmas tree ready to go! 

More than Livestream on location…

Hospitality is in our blood, and facilitating is what we love to do most. No matter what the measures, we focus on the service we also like to offer outside the media studio … 

  • Let’s talk about parking. On the day of your (virtual) event, use our indoor garage for €10 (usually €25per day). 
  • Perhaps you’d rather come by bike, public transport, or your private helicopter? We are easily accessible and close tothe Amstel Station! 
  • We’ll pamper you with our catering too. 
  • We have 13 various meeting rooms besides the Media Studio. From small board rooms to large conference rooms.
  • The broad smile of our host can’t be missed, even witha mask on!
