🥞 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 (𝗽𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿) 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝘀! (€12,50)
Speculaas, pepernoten (spice nuts), marzipan and chocolate letters. Typical Sinterklaas snacks of course and enough grit for a food coma. Delicious of course, but it tastes even better in a stack of pancakes! Mind you, only sweets for you if you have been a bit sweet yourself this year…

🥞 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗼 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 (€13,50)
Do you like hamburger and pancakes, but can’t choose? This will make your heart beat faster. Juicy and ultra-tasty burger from Vlees van Gijs, ketchup, pumpkin pancake, fried bacon, Emmental cheese, mushrooms, onion compote, lettuce and truffle mayonnaise. Only for true gourmets!

A brunch without drinks would just be breakfast, so choose wisely:

𝗛𝗲𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗮𝗮𝘀
The horse of Sinterklaas and Vodka? Is that going well together? After this drink you also gallop across the rooftops with ease. Also made with Kahlua and milk. Because horses, you understand …

Tastes good with the 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗳 𝗠𝘆 𝗘𝘆𝗲.

𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗷𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗲𝘁
A Piet in this color is still accepted, because Orange, who doesn’t like that here in Holland? In recent days we have collected quite a few carrots (ask Dutch people) for sufficient carrot juice and top it off with gin, tonic and orange bitters. A nice “Sinter G&T” …

Fits well with 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 (𝗽𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿) 𝗻𝘂𝘁𝘀 and 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗼 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁.

The wonderful evening has come… This cocktail is also full of presents, ehh ingredients to make you happy. Dark rum, orange and pineapple and lemon juice, grenadine, angostura bitters… Have you been as sweet as this drink this year?

Tastes well with all pancakes!
