On Thursday January 19 it’s up to the Cosmopolitan. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Cosmopolitan

Founded, created and tasted by Toby Cecchini in 1988 in New York City. That year was the year of the lemon vodka by the brand Absolut, which was the base of Cecchini’s cocktail. Mixed with cranberry juice, triple sec and lime juice, this cocktail is the perfect start for your night out. 

Toby Cecchini named his creation to honor his beloved cosmopolitan New York. Call it a Cosmo and be all Carrie Bradshaw about it, but above all: enjoy the Cosmopolitan till the end.
