On Thursday June 8th it’s up to the Limoncello Spritz. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes
2. Pour limoncello over the ice 
3. Add the Prosecco and give it a gentle stir
4. Top it off with a splash of soda water for a bit of fizz.
5. Give it a final stir and garnish with a lemon twist
