On Thursday June 13th it’s up to the Gin Cucumber Fizz. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. Muddle 3 slices of cucumber in a shaker.
2. Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of lime juice, and ½ oz of simple syrup.
3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
5. Top with soda water.
6. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
