We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday August 1st it’s up to the Sabot. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Sabot

The Sabot cocktail is a refreshing blend of gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and sugar syrup, shaken with ice and fine strained into a coupe glass. A touch of cava is added for effervescence, and a lemon zest garnish enhances its citrusy aroma. This elegant drink is perfect for sophisticated gatherings.

A quick cocktail recipe

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. Shake gin (45 ml), triple sec (22.5 ml), lemon juice (22.5 ml), sugar syrup (10 ml), and Foamee (4 drops) with ice.
2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
3. Top with cava (22.5 ml).
4. Garnish with lemon zest.
