Standard check-out is at 11:00. A late check-out is possible until 2:00 PM for €10 per hour, based on availability. Please contact reception no later than the morning of your departure for this request.

Late check-out is subject to room availability.

  • Is online check-in required?

While online check-in is not obligatory, it is suggested for a much faster experience. It is quick and easy. You also have the option to complete online check-in upon your arrival at the hotel in the lobby.

  • Is parking available?

Hotel Casa offers an underground private parking garage with a rate of €4.50 per hour and a maximum charge of €30.00 per 24 hours. The garage (maximum height 2.10m) has 94 standard parking spaces, including one for disabled guests. Additionally, there are 4 electric vehicle charging stations.

You can reserve your parking spot in advance via this link.

  • Is it possible to store luggage at reception?

Absolutely! We offer a secure luggage storage area and are happy to keep an eye on your belongings. Please note that when you leave your luggage with us, it is at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any theft or damage.

In the hotel
  • Is there a gym or fitness option?

Hotel Casa doesn’t have its own gym. If you want more information on the nearest gyms or yoga studios that meet your needs, the hotel reception will be happy to help you.

  • Are pets allowed at Hotel Casa?

It’s important to note that pets are not permitted at Hotel Casa. This prohibition extends to all hotel areas, including restaurant EAST, rooftop GAPP, and the hotel rooms. Please be aware that a €100 fine will be imposed for policy violations.

  • Is photography allowed in the hotel?

Taking photos for personal use is welcome, and CASA loves it if you tag Hotel Casa, Restaurant EAST, or Rooftop GAPP on social media! Rooftop GAPP is a great spot for professional shoots, and buy-out packages are available.

  • What is Housekeeping on Request?

Regrettably, due to fire safety regulations, the hotel is unable to provide additional beds in the rooms. If you plan to stay with three people in a room, booking one of the triple rooms is recommended.

  • Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Because the Netherlands does not experience long periods of extreme heat, many buildings choose not to install environmentally polluting air conditioners. This also applies to Hotel Casa, so her rooms do not have air conditioning.

The hotel building has an automatic climate control system that maintains the overall temperature and air quality. This system allows the temperature in the hotel room to be adjusted by about 2 degrees.

The temperature controller has two settings: one for heating and one for cooling. To cool the room, slide the controller to the snowflake icon and turn the knob to blue. If you want to heat the room slightly, slide the controller to the heat waves icon and turn the knob to red.

Is the room still too hot or too cold? Then, request an extra mobile fan or a heater at reception.

  • What facilities are supplied in the rooms?
