All rooms are equipped with multifunctional whiteboard walls and a flipchart, offering plenty of space for creativity. The entire hotel has free, high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps). Additionally, there is always a contact person available for support and questions.

For extra materials, such as a meeting kit and F&B service with snacks and unlimited coffee/tea, a meeting package can be booked. Extra flipcharts are available for rent.

Hotel Casa offers an underground private parking garage with a rate of €4.50 per hour and a maximum charge of €30.00 per 24 hours. The garage (maximum height 2.10m) has 94 standard parking spaces, including one for disabled guests. You can reserve your parking spot in advance via this link or submit a request for a group reservation via meetings@hotelcasa.nl.

Can Restaurant EAST (private) be rented for an event or reception?

For the exclusive hire of restaurant EAST, it is best to contact meetings@hotelcasa.nl. The team is happy to assist with any requests.

What is the maximum capacity for a meeting or event at Hotel Casa?

Meetings, events, and conferences can be organized for up to 350 people.

Is it possible to photograph during an event?

Photography is allowed, but it is recommended to contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities and guidelines.

What setups are possible in each room?

There are multiple setup options available. Click here for the capacity per room and floor plan.

What types of events can be organized at Hotel Casa?

Where can I find the prices for hosting an event at Hotel Casa?

Can the GAPP rooftop terrace (private) be rented for an event or reception?

Can a wedding or baby shower be held at Hotel Casa?

Hotel Casa is a suitable location for a stylish reception or reception drinks. However, it is not an official wedding venue, so the ceremony cannot be held here. For baby showers, Restaurant EAST offers plenty of options.

What services and facilities are included with the rental of a meeting room?

All rooms are equipped with multifunctional whiteboard walls and flipcharts, offering plenty of space for creativity. The entire hotel has free, high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps). Additionally, there is always a contact person available for support and questions.
For extra materials, such as a meeting kit and F&B service with snacks and unlimited coffee/tea, a meeting package can be booked. Extra flipcharts are available for rent.

Is it possible to host a hybrid meeting?

Yes, there are two audio and video sets available to facilitate hybrid meetings. These sets allow digital participants to easily join in. They are available in the Boardrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Extended Rooms.

Is it possible to have lunch or dinner after a meeting or event?

For lunch or dinner, Restaurant EAST on the ground floor or the group restaurant on the first floor are the best options. The GAPP rooftop terrace is perfect for drinks and extensive appetizers, but less suitable for a full dinner. Want to know more about the options? Contact meetings@hotelcasa.nl.

Can I connect my laptop or other devices to the screen or projector?

It’s possible to connect a laptop or another device to the screen in our meeting rooms. You can connect with Clickshare and HDMI.

How many meeting rooms does Hotel Casa have?

Hotel Casa has 14 meeting rooms, some of which can be combined into larger spaces.

What F&B options are available with meeting room rental?

Book a half-day or full-day package for meeting room rental, including F&B. View the packages here. End the session in Restaurant EAST with drinks, snacks, or dinner! On sunny days, you can also toast on the GAPP rooftop terrace. Email for options at meetings@hotelcasa.nl.

Practical Information

Is Hotel Casa accessible for wheelchair users?

Hotel Casa is wheelchair-friendly. There are elevators to all floors, and the meeting rooms are accessible for guests in wheelchairs. Feel free to reach out if you want to discuss specific requirements.

Are pets allowed at Hotel Casa?

It’s important to note that pets are not permitted at Hotel Casa. This prohibition extends to all hotel areas, including restaurant EAST, rooftop GAPP, and the hotel rooms. Please be aware that a €100 fine will be imposed for policy violations.

Is photography allowed in the hotel?

Taking photos for personal use is welcome, and CASA loves it if you tag Hotel Casa, Restaurant EAST, or Rooftop GAPP on social media! When creating content, please respect the privacy of other guests. For commercial photography, a request must be submitted via marketing@hotelcasa.nl. Rooftop GAPP is a great spot for professional shoots, and buy-out packages are available.

Are events organized at the hotel?

During summer (June 11 to September 24), join rooftop yoga every Wednesday from 08:30 to 09:30 at GAPP (€8.50 via Eventbrite).
Every Thursday, raise a glass during Little Friday at Restaurant EAST with a weekly €5 specialty cocktail. And don't forget to check CASA's event calendar for art workshops, talks, and more.

Is parking available?

You can cancel your parking reservation free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, the full parking fee will be charged.
