On Thursday July 11th it’s up to the Smoked Salty Sour. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.
About the Smoked Salty Sour

A quick cocktail recipe
This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:
- Rim a rocks glass with smoked salt, if desired. Fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz (60 ml) mezcal, 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice, and ¾ oz (22.5 ml) agave syrup.
- Add a few drops of saline solution to the shaker. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill.
- Strain the cocktail into the prepared rocks glass over ice.
- If desired, garnish with a lime wedge.
