This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:
1 | Muddle the cucumber slices and basil leaves gently in a cocktail shaker to release their flavors.
2 | Pour in 60 ml of gin. Top with 120-150 ml of chilled tonic water.
3 | Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
4 | Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with soda water to your taste.
5 | Garnish with a cucumber slice or a sprig of fresh basil.
