All rooms are equipped with multifunctional whiteboard walls and a flipchart, offering plenty of space for creativity. The entire hotel has free, high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps). Additionally, there is always a contact person available for support and questions.

For extra materials, such as a meeting kit and F&B service with snacks and unlimited coffee/tea, a meeting package can be booked. Extra flipcharts are available for rent.

Hotel Casa offers an underground private parking garage with a rate of €4.50 per hour and a maximum charge of €30.00 per 24 hours. The garage (maximum height 2.10m) has 94 standard parking spaces, including one for disabled guests. Additionally, there are 4 electric vehicle charging stations.

Where can I find the prices for hosting an event at Hotel CASA?

Hotel CASA has flexible pricing, depending on the period and size of the event. A customized quote can easily be requested via this page. A tailored proposal will be provided as soon as possible.

Can a wedding or baby shower be held at Hotel CASA?

Hotel CASA is a suitable location for a stylish reception or reception drinks. However, it is not an official wedding venue, so the ceremony cannot be held here. For baby showers, Restaurant EAST offers plenty of options.

Is it possible to photograph during an event?

Photography is allowed, but it is recommended to contact us in advance to discuss the possibilities and guidelines.

Is it possible to host a hybrid meeting?

Yes, there are two audio and video sets available to facilitate hybrid meetings. These sets allow digital participants to easily join in. They are available in the Boardrooms, Meeting Rooms, and Extended Rooms.

What F&B options are available with meeting room rental?

Book a half-day or full-day package for meeting room rental, including F&B. View the packages here. End the session in Restaurant EAST with drinks, snacks, or dinner! On sunny days, you can also toast on the GAPP rooftop terrace. Email for options at meetings@hotelcasa.nl.

Is it possible to have lunch or dinner after a meeting or event?

For lunch or dinner, Restaurant EAST on the ground floor or the group restaurant on the first floor are the best options. It’s possible to connect a laptop or another device to the screen in our meeting rooms. You can connect with Clickshare and HDMI.
