FACILITIES

Eating together is what brings many students together. Ordering food or going out is great, but nothing beats a home-cooked meal. Preferably in the company of the other students of course! That’s why there are one or two large kitchens on each floor where the students love to come together. For a beer, a game or some company when you’re cooking, there’s always someone to be found in the kitchen. What are you having for dinner tonight?

At the student lounge, you can study but also relax, meet new students, play a game or organise a beer pong or ping pong tournament. Two Thursdays a month, the party is on: dance the night away!

If you need anything, our Front Office is open 24/7. During the day, you can always contact the Community Builder via e-mail or by approaching her in person. The Community Builder is always there for the students, for quick questions, something personal or if there’s an issue with your floor – ask away!

Clean clothes complete your outfit. And for that, you have to do your laundry! At Casa you’ll be able to use the washing machine and dryer for only €3.50 per load and €3.00 per dryer load.

Technical issues in your room? Don’t panic! Tell us your issue in our handy app and our team will help you out ASAP.

As a Casa resident, you can use the underground bicycle shed in the garage. The area is always locked and only accessible to residents.

You will no doubt need to use a printer or make copies every now and then, whether it’s PowerPoint slides or tickets to your favourite concert tomorrow, you can always use our copier for the tiny price of only €0.50 per print (A4/one-sided).

You thought you wouldn’t have a garden in Amsterdam? You’re in luck! Come relax on our rooftop terrace GAPP, study in the sun, or have a nice lunch with your friends! GAPP is open in the spring and summer. For more information, check out the GAPP Facebook page!
