We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday October 3th it’s up to the Boston. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Boston

The Boston is a classic dry cocktail that perfectly balances the crispness of gin with the subtle sweetness of apricot. This elegant drink is crafted by shaking gin, apricot brandy, lemon juice, sugar syrup, grenadine, and a touch of Foamee for a smooth texture. Once shaken, it’s finely strained into a coupe glass and garnished with a fragrant orange peel, adding a hint of citrus to its fruity base. The Boston is a refreshing cocktail with a sophisticated flavor profile, blending the botanical notes of gin with apricot fruitiness for a delightful, well-rounded drink.

A quick cocktail recipe

1. Shake 45 ml gin, 22.5 ml apricot brandy, 22.5 ml lemon juice, 5 ml sugar syrup, 5 ml grenadine, and 2 drops of Foamee with ice.

2. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

3. Garnish with an orange peel.
