We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday February 13th it’s up to the Alpine Negroni. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Alpine Negroni

The Alpine Negroni is a refreshing twist on the classic Negroni, featuring a medley of vibrant herbal flavours. Its bold character comes from the combination of Suze, a gentian-based liqueur, and Génépy, an alpine botanical spirit. Perfectly balanced with a touch of salt, it evokes the crisp, invigorating feel of mountain air. This cocktail is ideal for those who appreciate a bittersweet and aromatic drink.

A quick cocktail recipe

✷ Add 30 ml of gin to a mixing glass.

✷ Pour in 30 ml of Suze and 15 ml of Génépy.

✷ Stir in 5 ml of salt solution (equal parts salt and water by weight).

✷ Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.

✷ Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

✷ Garnish with a rosemary twig and enjoy your cocktail
