On Thursday January 2nd it’s up to the Bloody Mary. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Bloody Mary

The Bloody Mary is a timeless cocktail celebrated for its savoury and spicy flavour. Perfect as a hangover remedy after New Year’s festivities, this hearty drink combines vodka and tomato juice with a medley of seasonings and spices to create a beautifully balanced mix of tangy, salty, and spicy. Topped with garnishes such as celery or olives, it’s a highly customisable classic to suit any palate.

A quick cocktail recipe

✷ Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

✷ Add 50 ml of vodka, 100 ml of tomato juice, and 10 ml of lemon juice.

✷ Season with 2 dashes each of Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce, a pinch of celery salt, and black pepper.

✷ Stir gently to mix the ingredients.

✷ Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.

✷ Serve immediately and enjoy!
