The Peach and Vanilla Sour is a delightful twist on the classic sour cocktail, blending sweet, fruity peach flavours with smooth, aromatic vanilla. This cocktail is perfectly balanced by a splash of citrus, creating a refreshing drink ideal to spice up your Thursday night.

A quick cocktail recipe

✷ Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

✷ Add 50 ml of peach liqueur, 25 ml of vanilla vodka, 20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 10 ml of sugar syrup.

✷ Shake vigorously until well chilled.

✷ Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

✷ Garnish with a fresh peach slice or a twist of lemon peel for a touch of elegance.

✷ Serve immediately and enjoy its sweet, tangy, and creamy notes!
