About the Gapperol
Gapperol is a unique and delightful cocktail specially crafted for celebrating King’s Day, combining the flavors of Aperol and white beer, particularly the Gabbe Wit beer from Hotel Casa, served over plenty of ice. It’s a refreshing and surprising combination, perfect for enjoying during festive occasions like Koningsdag.
A quick cocktail recipe
- Fill a glass with plenty of ice cubes.
- Pour 1 part Aperol over the ice.
- Top up with 2 parts Gabbe Wit or any other white beer.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon, if desired.
