We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday January 23th it’s up to the Remedy. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Remedy

The Remedy cocktail is a smooth and refreshing drink with a hint of citrus, sweetness, and herbs. Made with gin or whisky, fresh lemon juice, and honey, it’s the perfect choice to relax with or to lift your mood after a long day.

A quick cocktail recipe

✷ Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

✷ Pour in 50 ml of your preferred gin or whisky, 20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 15 ml of honey syrup.

✷ Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

✷ Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.

✷ Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

✷ Garnish with a lemon wheel or a sprig of rosemary for an aromatic finish.

✷ Serve and enjoy its harmonious blend of herbal, sweet, and citrus flavours.
