What to expect

The program starts with an informative introduction inside Hotel Casa, followed by a breath work session and eventually (the option to take part in) an ice bath. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method and learn practical techniques to integrate the method into your daily life. Afther the workshop, lunch will be provided, fostering a chance to connect with fellow participants

Preparation

For those new to cold exposure, we recommend gradually incorporating cold showers in the days leading up to the event. This will help you become acclimated and embrace the sensation. Participants should possess a basic level of health, while pregnant individuals and those with epilepsy are advised not to partake. If you have any pre-existing heart or vascular conditions or other significant health concerns, it is crucial to consult a medical professional prior to embarking on the Wim Hof Method.
