About the Smokey Old Fashioned
A unique twist on the classic Whiskey Sour, the Smoked Salty Sour introduces a hint of smokiness and a savory saltiness thanks to the addition of peated Scotch whisky. With its smooth blend of refreshing lemon, sweet syrup, and a dash of bitters, this cocktail offers a memorable and flavorful experience.
A quick cocktail recipe
Instructions:
★ Add 30 ml Peated Scotch Whisky into a cocktail shaker.
★ Pour in 30 ml Tequila.
★ Add 15 ml fresh Lemon Juice and 30 ml Sugar Syrup.
★ Add 15 ml Salt Solution and a dash of Bitters.
★ Add 5 drops of Smoke Essence and 4 drops of Foamee.
★ Shake well and fine strain into an Old-Fashioned glass filled with ice.
★ Garnish with lemon zest for a refreshing touch.
★ Enjoy your smoky, salty, and refreshing cocktail!
