Yoga Nidra x World Sleep Day
World Sleep Day is an annual event aimed at raising awareness about the importance of sleep and addressing sleep-related issues. In line with this, CASA offers a sleep meditation yoga class in the hotel on this day. This class features Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that induces deep relaxation while maintaining awareness. Through this practice, you can experience profound relaxation, reduced stress, and improved sleep quality.
The Yoga Nidra practice will be accompagnied by the healing music of singing bowls. The vibrations produced by singing bowls have been said to synchronize brain waves, inducing a meditative state and deep relaxation. As the gentle tones fill the room, you can immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere, allowing stress and tension to melt away.
