On Thursday July 18th it’s up to the Lavender & Grapefruit Fizz. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

A quick cocktail recipe

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 1 ½ oz (45 ml) grapefruit juice and ¾ oz (22.5 ml) lavender syrup.
2. Shake well until chilled, about 15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. Top with soda water.
5. Gently stir to combine.
6. Garnish with a fresh lavender sprig or a twist of grapefruit peel.
