On Thursday February 20th it’s up to the Mandarine Martini. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Mandarine Martini

The Mandarin Martini is a zesty, aromatic cocktail that highlights the bright, juicy flavour of mandarins. The combination of fresh mandarin juice, vodka, and orange liqueur creates a perfectly balanced drink with a hint of herbal elegance from rosemary. This cocktail is vibrant, refreshing, and an ideal choice for citrus lovers. For added sweetness, a touch of simple syrup can enhance its delightful character.

A quick cocktail recipe

✷ Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

✷ Add 1/3 cup (80 ml) of strained mandarin juice, 2 oz (60 ml) of vodka, 1 oz (30 ml) of orange liqueur, and 1 sprig of fresh rosemary.

✷ Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.

✷ Strain into a martini glass and garnish with another rosemary sprig for an aromatic finish.

✷ Optional: For a sweeter martini, add a dash of simple syrup to the shaker before mixing.
