Casa offers 4 compact yet spacy meeting rooms, all with Wi-Fi, daylight, presentation facilities, blackout screens and climate control. Easy does it!

Extended room

Casa has 3 extended meeting rooms, including Wi-Fi, daylight, a beamer and projection screen, blackout screens and climate control. If you need that bit more space.

Conference room

For larger parties, Casa has 6 spacious multifunctional meeting rooms, including Wi-Fi, daylight, a beamer and projection screen, audio system, microphone and blackout screen.

With the unusual height of 5 metres and the option to combine rooms, there simply is no better place for conferences and events. To check-in your guests, the additional use of a conference reception desk gives your event that organized extra touch. 

Large Conference room

Almost anything is possible in the large conference room. With a height of 5 metres and floor-to-ceiling windows, the room is very light and offers a lot of flexibility in terms of layout. The additional use of a conference reception desk gives your event that organized extra touch. 

It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a beamer and projection screen, an audio system with a microphone and blackout screens.

Hotel Casa boasts 14 meeting rooms. A number of these rooms can be combined into one or more larger rooms.

Yes! All meeting rooms have natural light with large windows from the ground to the ceiling. The large windows around the building and the presence of an inner garden provide a pleasant amount of daylight, and the feeling that you are still a bit outside.

Yes! You can park in our underground parking garage, or in parking spaces in streets around the hotel. Our parking garage rates are €3.50 per hour with a maximum of €25 per 24 hours. Parking space is subject to availability: unfortunately, we can’t reserve it for you. Fortunately, there are usually spaces free! Yes, the entire hotel is equipped with free and super fast Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps).

For an (extensive) dinner it is best to visit restaurant EAST on the ground floor or our restaurant for groups on the first floor. Roof terrace GAPP is a drink location with extensive snacks and therefore not the perfect place for an extensive dinner. Would you like to know more about the possibilities? All rooms are creatively equipped with multifunctional magnetic whiteboard walls. It is also possible to rent a flipchart. So there is plenty of room for creativity!
