On Thursday January 4th it’s up to the Negroni. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

Are you ready to impress your friends with this recipe?

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.
2. Pour the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth into the glass.
3. Stir gently with a bar spoon for about 20-30 seconds.
4. Place a large ice cube in a tumbler glass.
5. Use a strainer to pour the cocktail from the glass into the tumbler glass.
6. Squeeze a piece of orange peel over the glass to release the oils and rub the peel along the rim of the glass for extra aroma.
7. Garnish the cocktail with  a piece of orange peel.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your refined Negroni!
