Edward first encountered yoga through his dance training, and after many years of dancing professionally he returned to practicing yoga in 2017. He completed his yoga teacher training in 2023 and is excited to share the teachings of this beautiful practice. While he continues to dance and perform he finds ground in his yoga practice approaching it as a space to connect to the body and ultimately to the higher self. In his Vinyasa classes he encourages his students to become researchers of their own bodies by moving through sensation, connecting with the breath and cultivating conscious movement.
