We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday October 31st it’s up to the Pumpkin Toddy. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Pumkin Toddy 

The Pumpkin Toddy is a warm, comforting cocktail perfect for Halloween, blending the rich flavors of whiskey (or apple brandy/bourbon) with spiced pumpkin and a touch of sweetness from maple syrup. The combination of hot water, cinnamon, and pumpkin purée creates a cozy, autumnal drink that’s both soothing and flavorful. Topped with a twist of orange zest and cloves, this cocktail is ideal for cool fall evenings and festive gatherings.

A quick cocktail recipe

1. Warm a small latte glass and 45 ml of rye whiskey (or apple brandy/bourbon).
2. Build with 15 ml lemon juice, 15 ml maple syrup, 1-2 teaspoons of pumpkin purée, a pinch of cinnamon, and 150 ml hot water.
3. Garnish with an orange zest twist and cloves for a festive finish.
