We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!
On Thursday November 7th it’s up to the Mandarin Sidecar. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.
About the Mandarin Sidecar
This cocktail is a twist on the classic Sidecar, featuring local Dutch brandy, Vieux, and Mandarin Napoleon liqueur. It strikes a perfect balance between sweet and sour, offering rich, fruity flavors that are ideal for autumn. Served in a coupe glass with a sugared rim, it’s a pleasant and satisfying drink for the season.
A quick cocktail recipe
This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

Prepare a coupe glass by rimming it with sugar.

In a shaker with ice, combine 45 ml of Vieux (Dutch brandy), 25 ml of Mandarin Napoleon liqueur, 20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 10 ml of simple syrup.

Shake well until chilled, then strain into the prepared coupe glass.
