Conference room

CASA offers 6 spacious, multifunctional meeting rooms, perfect for large events. With impressive 5-metre ceilings and the ability to combine rooms, it’s an ideal venue for conferences. A conference reception desk is also available for a professional check-in experience.

The Large Conference Room offers a spacious, flexible space with 5-meter high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, including blackout screens. Opt for the conference reception desk to add an organised touch.
This room is equivalent to 4 regular conference rooms.

What is the maximum capacity for a meeting at Hotel Casa?

You can organize meetings and congresses with us for up to 350 people. See the next question for the different setups per room.

Which setups are possible per room?

We’ve got several options; click here for the capacity per room and here for the floor plan.

How many meeting rooms does Hotel Casa have?

Hotel Casa boasts 14 meeting rooms. A number of these rooms can be combined into one or more larger rooms.

Do all meeting rooms in Casa have natural light?

Yes! All meeting rooms have natural light with large windows from the ground to the ceiling. The large windows around the building and the presence of an inner garden provide a pleasant amount of daylight, and the feeling that you are still a bit outside.

Can I park at Hotel Casa?

Yes! You can park in our underground parking garage, or in parking spaces in streets around the hotel. Our parking garage rates are €4.00 per hour with a maximum of €27.50 per 24 hours. Parking space is subject to availability: unfortunately, we can’t reserve it for you. Fortunately, there are usually spaces free! We advise you not to park in the garage if your vehicle is higher than 2.1 metres. Want to find out more about parking at Hotel Casa? Then go to this link.

FACILITIES

Do the meeting facilities of Hotel Casa have free Wi-Fi?

Yes, the entire hotel is equipped with free and super fast Wi-Fi (up to 100 Mbps).

Is it possible to dine during or after a meeting or event?

For an (extensive) dinner it is best to visit restaurant EAST on the ground floor or our restaurant for groups on the first floor. Roof terrace GAPP is a drink location with extensive snacks and therefore not the perfect place for an extensive dinner. Would you like to know more about the possibilities? Please feel free to contact us at meetings@hotelcasa.nl.

Can I use a flipchart during my meeting?

All rooms are creatively equipped with multifunctional magnetic whiteboard walls – on which you will find one flip-chart.

Do you need more flip-charts? It is also possible to rent. So there is plenty of room for creativity!

Which types of connections are available in the meeting rooms?

It’s possible to connect a laptop or another device to the screen or beamer in our meeting rooms. You can connect with VGA, Clickshare and HDMI.

Is it possible to organize a hybrid meeting?

Yes, that’s possible. At Casa we have 2 audio and video sets which make it possible to have a hybrid meeting. So you can digitally invite guests who can’t be physically present. They are only available in our Boardrooms, Meeting rooms and Extended rooms.

Can I organize my wedding at Hotel Casa?

Our location is suitable for organizing a cozy reception or drink. We are not an official wedding location, so it is not possible to perform the actual ceremony at Casa.

At Hotel Casa there are various spaces suitable for organizing a reception, drinks or a party. There are various options, from drinks with background music to a festive evening. Please contact us at meetings@hotelcasa.nl for all possibilities. We are happy to help you!
