We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday July 25th it’s up to the Jungle Bird. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Jungle Bird

The Jungle Bird, with its medley of flavours and striking appearance, serves as a perfect embodiment of this ethos. This enchants with its harmonious blend of dark rum, tangy pineapple juice, and a touch of bittersweet Campari.

A quick cocktail recipe

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add 1 ½ oz (45 ml) dark rum, ¾ oz (22.5 ml) Campari, ½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice, ½ oz (15 ml) simple syrup, and 1 ½ oz (45 ml) pineapple juice to the shaker.
3. Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
6. Enjoy your tropical escape with the Jungle Bird cocktail!
