We like to cheers to the weekend on Thursday’s already! That’s why we spotlight one cocktail every Thursday for only €5 on these Little Friday nights!

On Thursday August 15th it’s up to the Rum Punch. You can just walk in to have a cocktail, without making a reservation.

About the Rum Punch

The rum punch is a refreshing cocktail perfect for a summer day. It combines the robust flavors of dark spicy rum and white rum with the juicy character of cranberry and orange juice. A touch of lime juice and sugar syrup adds a delightful balance of sweetness and tartness. Shaken and served in an old-fashioned glass, it’s garnished with a lime slice for an extra zesty finish. This punch is both juicy and light, making it an easygoing drink for any occasion.

A quick cocktail recipe

This is a must-try cocktail and easy to prep at home. This is how you do it:

1. In a shaker, combine 30 ml of dark spicy rum, 30 ml of white rum, 45 ml of cranberry juice, 22.5 ml of orange juice, and 22.5 ml of lime juice. Add 12.5 ml of sugar syrup.

2. Shake well until chilled and mixed.

3. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

4. Garnish with a lime slice.

5. Serve and enjoy your refreshing rum punch!
