FAQ

From what time can I check in?

Your room is ready after 15.00 hours. Should you be at Hotel Casa earlier, we do check the possibility of checking you in earlier, depending on the availability of your room. You can of course leave your luggage with us until check-in time.

Until what time can I check in?

You can check in up to 24.00 hours. Please let us know if you’re planning to arrive later than 24.00 hours.

Can I leave my luggage with you for a while before or after my stay?

Of course! We have a closed-off luggage room. We are happy to keep an eye on it for you. Please note that leaving luggage is at your own risk. We don’t accept any responsibility for theft or damage.

I got an email to say I can check in online. Is that necessary?

No, it’s not required. But it speeds up the check-in process at lot, so we do recommend it. You can also do this after arriving at the hotel.

Until what time can I check out?

The standard check-out time is 12.00 hours. If you want to stay longer, please see the question below.

I want to stay longer in the room. Do you allow a late check-out?

You can stay longer in your room if you want. For €10 per hour, you can check out later up until 16.00 hours. To make use of this option, please ring reception to request it on the morning of your check-out at the latest. Late check-out depends on availability.

How do I make a reservation?

That’s really easy. Scroll up this page and click ‘BOOK’ at the top right-hand corner. Easy peasy! Just follow the instructions. Any more questions? E-mail us at reserveringen@hotelcasa.nl

How do I cancel or change a reservation?

If you’ve booked directly via Hotel Casa, you can cancel up to 24 hours after making the booking. Do you want to cancel after 24 hours? Check which rate type you’ve booked. Rate type “NONREF” can’t be cancelled after 24 hours without charge. Rate type “BAR” can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the official check-in time (15:00 hours). You can do this via the link in your confirmation e-mail, or by contacting us reservations@hotelcasa.nl. If you haven’t booked directly via Hotel Casa, check the cancellation conditions of the organisation where you made the booking.

What is the difference between a flexible and a non-flexible rate?

We have two different types of reservations:
Flexible rate: this means you can cancel or change your reservation up to 24 hours before your official check-in time.
Non-flexible rate: this reservation can only be made with a credit card. This way, the total amount is deducted from your credit card at the moment of reservation. After making the reservation, it’s no longer possible to cancel or change it.

Can I make a reservation for 4 persons in one room?

No, the maximum number is 3 persons (for a triple room) You can book two separate rooms for 4-person reservations. If available, we can reserve two adjoining rooms with a dividing door to connect them. Contact our reservations department reservations@hotelcasa.nl to arrange this option.

Does the hotel have cots for babies?

Yes, cots are available. They are for children up to about 3 years. Need a cot? Notify us when you make the reservation.

What are the extra bed options?

Unfortunately, due to fire safety regulations, we do not place extra beds in our rooms. Book one of our triple rooms should you want to stay with 3 people in a room.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Our room don’t have air-conditioning We do have an automatic climate system that is adjustable to about 2 degrees C. Electric fans are available from reception in cases of extreme heat.

What facilities are supplied in the rooms?

Each room has a hair-dryer, wardrobe, TV, desk, safe and a mini-bar that you can fill yourself. Naturally, we supply fine bedlinen, towels and toiletry articles for use during your stay.

Can I iron my clothes?

Every floor has a fixed ironing station that is accessible from the corridor. It’s to be found behind the photo-wall opposite the lifts (near the rooms with numbers ending in ’21). Please feel free, we want you to look wonderful!

Do I have to reserve the breakfast in advance, or can I do that during my stay?

You can request breakfast at any time you want. Our colleagues at reception are only too glad to help. Breakfast costs €12.50 per person per day, and €6.25 for children up to 11 years.

What are the opening hours for the breakfast?

You can use the breakfast from Monday to Friday between 06:30 and 10:00 hours, and in the weekend between 06:30 and 12:00 hours.

What does the breakfast have to offer?

Enjoy our delicious breakfast platter to kickstart your day!

The breakfast platter includes a warm beverage, a croissant, yogurt with granola, pancake, juice and scrambled eggs. Well, that’s a good morning!
